Hi there! I help adults and college students navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, and life transitions with warmth, humor, flexibility, and compassion. My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we will focus on helping you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings while building a more values-driven life. I aim to create a therapy space that feels inclusive, collaborative, and human—where you can show up as you are and move toward what matters most.
